My work in self-published comics includes several projects that explore storytelling through illustration and independent publishing. A Space Boy Dream (2012–2015), co-authored and co-illustrated with Moira Scicluna Zahra, followed Vincent, an art student navigating Malta’s early 2010s art and hipster scene. The comic gained a strong local and international following. Other works include The League of Extraordinary Underpants (2015) and Super and Hen (2018), both of which I developed entirely from scratch—from story, characters, and world-building to final design, printing, and distribution. This section showcases these projects and my approach to visual storytelling.
